招商局上海灏福物业管理有限公司(以下简称灏福公司)是招商局物业致力于上海及其周边地区物业管理业务的地区性独立法人公司,成立于1995年9月,主要经营物业管理、大楼设备维修、大楼配套服务。公司于1999年12月和2002年11月先后通过了ISO9002:94版、ISO9001:2000版国际质量标准认证,目前严格按照标准管理着上海招商局大厦和上海招商局广场等多处金牌写字楼,以及青之杰花园、三湘世纪花城等高尚住宅小区,在管面积近30万平方米。公司设有4个部门:行政人事部、财务部、发展策划部、品质管理部,并下设管理中心,员工250余人。

Established in September 1995, China Haofu Property Management Co., Ltd. mainly manages property management, Equipment maintenance, building ancillary services. In December 1999 and November 2002, the company passed the ISO9002: 94 version and the ISO9001: 2000 version of the international quality standard certification. At present, it manages many gold office buildings such as Shanghai China Merchants Tower and Shanghai Merchants Plaza in strict accordance with the standards. Green Jay Garden, Sanxiang Century Flower City and other noble residential quarters, in the tube area of nearly 300,000 square meters. The company has 4 departments: Administrative Personnel, Finance, Development Planning, Quality Management, and set up under the management center, more than 250 employees.
