发展广适性杂交水稻的关键在于不育系选育,但目前应用在生产实践上的广适性不育系还较少。本研究是以适应性较好的云丰66A为母本,云丰66B/D62B的F1代优良单株作父本进行杂交并回交育成的广适、优质水稻籼型不育系。结果表明,选育得到的不育系云谷3A株叶形态优良,分蘖强,开花习性好,不育性稳定,不育株率和花粉不育度均为100%,配合力强,异交结实率高,感光、感温性弱,抗病性强,于2013年通过云南省品种审定委员会现场鉴定。云谷3A有利于组配出优质、广适的杂交稻新组合,具有良好的应用前景。
The key to developing wide-compatibility hybrid rice is breeding of sterile lines, however, there are still few widely-adapted sterile lines currently used in production practice. In this study, we use a good adaptability of Yunfeng 66A as female parent, Yunfeng 66B / D62B F1 generation fine single plant as the male parent of hybrid and backcross breeding wide suitable, high quality indica rice CMS line. The results showed that the CMS lines of Yunfu 3 were excellent in morphology, strong in tillering, good in flowering habit, stable in sterility, 100% in sterile rate and pollen sterility, with strong combining ability and out-crossing Seed setting rate, light sensitivity, weak temperature sensitivity, strong resistance, in 2013 through the Yunnan Provincial Variety Commission on-site identification. Cloud Valley 3A is conducive to the group with high quality, widely adapted new combinations of hybrid rice, has a good prospect.
