在今年3月举行的十届全国人大三次会议上,邓力平、巫秀美等20多名人大代表联名提出议案:扩大厦门经济特区的范围,把漳州部分县市区乃至漳州全市与厦门合并。此前,以厦门大学经济学院副院长、博士生导师李文溥教授为首的课题组,就“厦漳行政区划调整”作了近一年的研究,已完成十余万字的研究报告。“厦门漳州合并的议案”被众多新闻媒体报道后,在福建省内引起了热烈议论,各种有关厦漳合并是利是弊的分析讨论扑面而来。
At the Third Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress held in March this year, more than 20 deputies, including Deng Liping and Wu Xiumei, put forward a joint motion: expanding the scope of the Xiamen Special Economic Zone and merging some counties and cities in Zhangzhou and even the entire city of Zhangzhou with Xiamen. Previously, the research group led by Prof. Li Wenpu, associate dean and doctoral tutor of School of Economics of Xiamen University, made a research on “Adjustment of Administrative Division of Xiazhang” for nearly a year and completed the research report of more than 100,000 words. “Xiamen Zhangzhou merger ” was reported by many news media, caused heated discussions in Fujian Province, a variety of analysis of the merits and demerits of the integration of Xiamen and Zhang blowing the face.
