旅游电子商务作为现代旅游服务模式已逐渐成为旅游产业的主流,然而,新兴的旅游服务模式也存在着一系列的不完善。文章通过对国内外旅游电子商务状况及旅游在线代理商服务运营模式进行研究,以海南三亚为例,总结目前旅游电子商务发展中碰到的一些问题,并从目的地营销系统、信息管理与监督、员工培训和权益保护等方面提出相关建议。
As a modern tourism service mode, tourism e-commerce has gradually become the mainstream of tourism industry. However, there are also a series of imperfections in the emerging mode of tourism service. This paper studies the status of domestic and international tourism e-commerce and the service mode of online travel agents. Taking Sanya, Hainan as an example, this article summarizes some problems encountered in the development of tourism e-commerce. From the perspective of destination marketing system, information management and supervision , Staff training and protection of rights and other aspects of the relevant recommendations.
