用高效液相色谱方法研究除草剂绿黄隆在小麦及大豆植株中的降解动态。绿黄隆有效用量为15g·hm-2、30g·hm-2、90g·hm-2时茎叶喷雾小麦铁春1号、克丰2号、东农120、克旱9号,4种小麦品种均生长正常。绿黄隆有效用量为15g·hm-2和30g·hm-2时,4种小麦品种降解半衰期均在1h左右;绿黄隆有效用量为90g·hm-2时4种小麦品种降解半衰期在2h时左右。敏感作物大豆东农42在绿黄隆有效用量为15g·hm-2茎叶喷雾后死亡,其降解半衰期大于40h。
Study on Degradation of Herbicide Chuanxionglong in Wheat and Soybean by High Performance Liquid Chromatography.
