加强知识能力修养,对每个人来说都是必须的。它是人们从事各种活动、做好各项工作的资本。思想政治工作者“要给别人一碗水,自己就得有一桶水”。思想政治工作者的知识水平和工作能力,如果不能与时俱进,就会如同“盲人给盲人带路,只能一起掉进深沟”。所以,思想政治工作者各方面的知识、认识客观事物的能力,总要比人家高一点,多一点,强一点。那么,思想政治工作者应具备哪些方面的知识和能力,又应该怎样去进行这方面的修养呢?
Strengthening knowledge and ability training is necessary for everyone. It is people engaged in various activities, do a good job of all kinds of capital. Ideological and political workers “To give someone a bowl of water, you have to have a bucket of water ”. Ideological and political workers’ knowledge and ability to work, if they can not keep pace with the times, will be like “blind people lead the blind people and can only fall into the deep groove together.” Therefore, ideological and political workers in all aspects of knowledge, ability to understand the objective things, always better than others, a little more, a little stronger. So, what should ideological and political workers have the knowledge and ability, and how to carry out this respect?
