十要(1)生活要有规律,春夏天都应晚卧早起,秋天应该早卧早起.冬天则应早卧晚起。做到相对地定时上床起床。(2)要适量参加体育锻炼活动,如步行、跑步、做操、打球、打太极拳均可。(3)饮食要清淡,吃富有营养、易于消化的食物。(4)要多吃有利于睡眠的食物,如热牛奶(睡前饮)、蜂蜜、红枣、莲子、桂圆、核桃、百合、粳米、小米粥、苹果、香燕、食醋等。
