伙伴关系实践作为协调企业劳资关系的重要手段,对员工的态度和行为都有积极影响。本研究通过文献回顾、专家法、问卷调查、探索性因子分析等方法,确立了伙伴关系实践的五个维度:工作参与、双向沟通、就业保障、劳动权益、职业规划。结构方程模型验证了伙伴关系实践对劳资冲突的显著影响。研究还发现,不同所有制企业,伙伴关系实践各维度的均值是有差异的,总的来说,国有企业伙伴关系实践的得分最高。这说明,在劳资冲突的管理方面,国有企业的部分做法显得更加有效。
Partnership practice as an important means of coordinating the relationship between enterprises and employers has a positive impact on employees’ attitudes and behaviors. Through literature review, expert method, questionnaire survey and exploratory factor analysis, this study established five dimensions of partnership practice: participation in work, two-way communication, employment guarantee, labor rights and interests, and career planning. The structural equation model validates the significant impact of partnership practices on labor conflicts. The study also found that the mean of the different dimensions of partnership practice varies among enterprises with different ownership. Generally speaking, the practice of partnership in state-owned enterprises scored the highest. This shows that part of the management of state-owned enterprises appears to be more effective in the management of labor conflicts.
