对中央美术学院59名新生进行的结构性访谈结果显示,美术类大学新生压力来源排序为生涯规划、自信心、睡眠、人际关系、学业、情绪、情感、神经症倾向、家庭、身体,压力原因包括内因和外因两个方面,即美术类大学生的心理特质以及学习和人际环境的剧变造成的暂时性不适应。为帮助美术类新生调节压力,心理健康教育中心应加强新生的环境适应性,增强学生的主动求助意识和朋辈人员识别意识,构建具有美院特色的减压模式。
