本文论述的压力测试仪,可直接显示被测压力。它以单片机为核心,全部采用CMOSIC,硬件简单,功耗低,可靠性高。它同钢弦式传感器配套使用,采用测周期法对传感器输出的频率信号进行测量,速度快、误差小。采用一种新颖的方法处理传感器初频漂移问题。此外,因为数据处理以二进制浮点数进行,故对以十进制浮点数表示的传感器常数到二进制浮点数之间的转换进行了论述。实践表明,具有高性能价格比的单片机是开发智能仪表的理想器件。
This article discusses the pressure tester, the measured pressure can be displayed directly. It takes the one-chip computer as the core, all adopts CMOSIC, the hardware is simple, the power consumption is low, the reliability is high. It is used with the steel wire sensor supporting the use of measuring cycle method of the sensor output frequency signal measurement, fast, small error.
