舞蹈是一门“美”的艺术,舞蹈教育是艺术教育,也是审美教育的重要组成。它主要是通过人的肢体语言来抒发感情、塑造艺术形象。美的教育是贯穿人一生的教育,美育的作用不仅仅是在于欣赏和享受,更在于开阔眼界,充实心灵,提高觉悟。美育在素质教育中,具有着不可取代的独立地位。有人说:“没有美育就没有素质教育。”时代要求每位舞蹈教师首先应该是一位美育教师。因此,从美学的观点出发,认真研究一下舞蹈教师形象美的构成特色,可以说是一件很有价值的工作。
