当前,随着干部人事制度改革的逐步深化,许多领导干部实行了异地任职回避制。在少数地方,也出现了一种很不正常的现象:有少数领导干部在异地任职后,利用手中的权力,违背干部人事政策,将自己家乡的亲朋好友带到任职的地方和自己管辖的范围内安排工作,不论其能力大小、素质高低,都给谋个一官半职,或安排到吃香部门、热门岗位,不但工资奖金高,也无失业丢饭碗之虑。群众意见很大。
