有一家企业根据有关部门产品评选的标准要求,集中技术人员开发了一系列新产品,在全国性产品质量评比中多次获得质量金奖。然而,这家企业却对市场研究不多,其产品虽质量上乘,上了“名”牌榜,可投放市场后,顾客反应冷淡。另有一家企业近几年来对评选活动没太在意,却把注意力集中在市场需求方面,根据顾客的需要开发出一批新产品,虽没有问鼎金奖、银奖。“名”牌榜上也无名,但投放市场后却销路始终看好,被用户称为“民”牌产品。
