随着我国教育体制改革的不断深入,中等职业学校正在走向发展的快车道。然而,很多中职教师却认为职业学校的学生确实“难教”。很多学生会被孤立,成为“边缘人”。教育是一门艺术,在最恰当的时间、最恰当的地点、选择最恰当的方式对最恰当的人做工作往往有意想不到的效果。教师只要能抓好一次机会,通过恰当的引导,就能让“问题学生”更好地融入集体中,使他们克服青春期烦恼,客观地评价自己,积极主动地与同学和教师进行沟通,培养他们乐观向上的心理品质。
