中共建国前后,政策向苏联一边倒。绝大多数人民对苏毫无认识或对苏反感,中苏友好协会是中共在全国开展“宣传苏联、学习苏联”的关键组织。中共的宣传带有强制灌输单一思想的特色。中共需要全面倒向苏联时,人民仍对苏联一无所知或有反苏情绪;而当民间逐渐对苏产生好感后,中共高层却开始考虑与苏抗衡。因此,中共的宣传既不能须臾放松,也往往与民众有距离,造成了官方宣传与民间情绪的错位。
Before and after the founding of the PRC, the policy was one-sided with the Soviet Union. The vast majority of the people did not know anything about or dislike the Soviet Union. The Sino-Soviet Friendship Association is the CCP’s key organization in carrying out “promoting the Soviet Union and studying the Soviet Union” across the country. The propaganda of the CCP carries the characteristic of forcibly inculcating single ideas. When the CCP needs to be fully turned over to the Soviet Union, the people still have no knowledge of the Soviet Union or have anti-Soviet sentiments. When civilians gradually feel good about the Soviet Union, CPC top officials began to consider countering the Soviet Union. Therefore, the propaganda of the CCP can neither relax nor move away from the public, resulting in the misplacement of official propaganda and folk emotion.
