今年6月中旬Dow化学公司与中国石化总公司、天津石化公司在天津市就建设世界规模级的石脑油裂解项目签署了意向书。根据意向书,中外双方股分50/50的合资项目将选建在天津海边的新址。
In mid-June of this year, Dow Chemical signed a letter of intent with China National Petrochemical Corporation and Tianjin Petrochemical Company on the construction of a world-scale naphtha cracking project in Tianjin. According to the letter of intent, the 50/50 equity joint venture project between China and foreign parties will be built on a new site in Tianjin.
