针对制造系统对设计模型进行空间几何推理这一制造自动化中的难点问题,提出了一种融合人工智能(AI)技术和可计算性的几何算法的解决方案;并讨论了两个最近开发的系统:一个是从设计模型中识别出可加工的特征集,另一个是生成零件的装夹工艺规划.系统可处理有复杂体素相交的设计模型.
Aiming at the difficulty in the manufacturing automation of manufacturing system to design model by geometric geometry, this paper presents a solution to the problem of geometric algorithms combining artificial intelligence (AI) technology and computability. Two recently developed systems One is to identify the machinable feature set from the design model and the other is the clamping process plan that generates the part. The system can handle design models with complex voxel intersections.
