刘少奇同志“在庆祝中国共产党成立四十周年大会上的讲話”中指出:“在全党展开一个新的学习运动,这是当前最重要的事情。这个学习运动的主要目的,就是要帮助全党干部,进一步认識和掌握我国社会主义建設的客观規律,以便多快好省地进行我国的社会主义建設。”我們所有的档案工作者,都应該以积极的行动来实現这个任务。档案工作者必須学习馬克思列宁主义关于社会主义革命和社会主义建設的基本原理,学习毛澤东同志根据馬克思列宁主义原理所闡明的我国社会主义建設的理論和实际問題,以及学习党的各項具体政策。只有在学好这一切的前提下,才能很好地总結我們档案工作的經驗,研究档案工作的理論。也才能实现“档案工作”为庆祝“七一”而发的社論中所提出的要求:逐步认識和掌握档案工作的規律性,寻找、研究和解决档案工作中的主要矛盾,明确档案工作的性质和特点,从而正确地指导档案工作的实践,更好地使档案工作为人民服务。探討档案工作的基本理論問題,这是档案工作者的一項十分重要而又十分艰巨的任务。我們认为有必要通过“档案工作”来配合和促进这一有意义的学术研究活动。本刊准备今后陆续刊登一些这类的文章,这一期先登載王乃林同志的一篇。研究理論,不仅是重要的任务,也是广大讀者、作者的要求。因此,我們相信能得到大家的积极支持。在此,我們表示:热烈地欢迎和希望大家踊跃投稿。
Comrade Liu Shao-chih pointed out in his speech at the General Assembly celebrating the 40th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party: “It is now the most important thing for us to launch a new learning campaign among the entire party. The main purpose of this learning campaign is to help all Party cadres should further understand and grasp the objective laws governing socialist construction in our country in order to carry out the socialist construction in our country more efficiently and economically. ”All our archivists should take positive actions to accomplish this task. Archivists must learn the basic principles of Marxism-Leninism about socialist revolution and socialist construction, study the theoretical and practical issues of our socialist construction as set forth by Chairman Mao Zedong in accordance with the principles of Marxism-Leninism, and learn from the specific policies of the Party. Only by learning all this premise can we summarize our experience of archival work and study the theory of archival work well. But also fulfill the requirements set forth in editorials celebrating the “1 July” by “archives work”: to gradually understand and grasp the regularity of archival work, to find, study and solve the major contradictions in archival work, Nature and characteristics, so as to correctly guide the practice of archival work and better serve the people for archival work. It is a very important and arduous task for archivists to discuss the basic theoretical issues of archival work. We think it is necessary to coordinate and promote this meaningful academic research activity through “archival work”. The magazine is prepared to publish some of these articles one after another in the future, this one is the first one published by Comrade Wang Nai-lin. Research theory, not only an important task, but also the majority of readers, the author’s request. Therefore, we believe we can get the active support of all of us.
