对于新设计的液力变矩器,不仅要求它能达到预期的动力性能,而且要求它能在经常运行的工况下具有较高的效率。变矩器各叶轮的叶片系统几何参数决定着变矩器的性能。其中,某些叶轮的进、出口半径的相对值起着重要的作用,当循环圆的几何尺寸决定后,叶轮叶片的进、出口角度可根据能量方程来计算求得。
For a newly designed torque converter, it not only requires it to achieve the desired dynamic performance, but also requires it to be more efficient under conditions of frequent operation. The geometric parameters of the blade system of the impeller of the torque converter determine the performance of the torque converter. Among them, the relative value of the inlet and outlet radii of some impellers plays an important role. When the geometry of the circular circle is determined, the inlet and outlet angles of the impeller blades can be calculated according to the energy equation.
