合成了一种基于激发态分子内质子转移(ESIPT)传感平台的高灵敏度性Al3+荧光探针-二氢嘧啶并苯并咪唑衍生物(DPM).DPM含有邻苯酚羟基,二氢嘧啶和咪唑片段,在HEPES-乙醇缓冲液(3:7,V/V)中能进行ESIPT过程,也可与Al3+螯合.当加入痕量Al3+时,可使DPM由黄绿色荧光(λem=535nm)变为DMP-Al3+螯合物的深蓝色荧光(λem=451nm),荧光强度增强165倍.在其它离子共存下,DMP表现出对Al3+的特异性响应.该探针已用于水样中Al3的检测,检测限达0.15 nmol/L.此外,DPM能透过细胞膜,可在荧光显微镜下检测细胞内Al3+离子.“,”An excited-state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) compound-based highly sensitive fluorescence probe,DMP was developed for the determination of trace levels of Al3 +.DPM contains an o-phenolhydroxyl,pyrimidine and imidazole fragment,which can undergo ESIPT process and chelate with Al3+ in a HEPES buffer-ethanol solution (V/V =3:7).The green-yellow (λem =535 nm)fluorescence of DMP turns into deep blue (λem =451 nm) with ~ 165-fold enhancement in emission intensity,in the presence of parts per billion level Al3+.The DMP fluorescence change in peak position and intensity are remarkably specific for Al3 + in the presence of other metal ions.The proposed probe has been used to detect Al3+ in water samples with a limit of detection 0.15 nmol/L.Furthermore,DPM can permeate through the cell membrane and detect intracellular Al3 + ions under a fluorescence microscope.
