以巯基丙酸为稳定剂,采用一步水合法制备水溶性功能化CdTe量子点。并通过高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外变换光谱(FT-IR)、荧光分光光度计(MF)对量子点的光学性能和结构进行表征。应用荧光猝灭法,研究溶液状态下岩白菜素和CdTe量子点的相互作用及时间、温度等诸多因素对相互作用的影响,并在此基础上对二者相互作用的机理进行了研究分析。在溶液状态下,岩白菜素对CdTe量子点有明显的猝灭作用,Stern-Volumer猝灭常数K_(SV)值在10~5L/mol数量级,其二者的猝灭机理为静态猝灭,热力学结果显示其二者的猝灭过程是自发进行的。
Using mercaptopropionic acid as stabilizer, one-step hydration method was used to prepare water-soluble CdTe quantum dots. The optical properties and structure of QDs were characterized by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and fluorescence spectrophotometer (MF). Fluorescence quenching method was used to study the interaction between hematan and CdTe quantum dots and the influence of time, temperature and other factors on the interaction between solutions under the condition of solution. On the basis of this, the mechanism of their interaction was studied. In solution, the concentration of bergenin significantly quenched the CdTe quantum dots. The quenching constant K Sv of Stern-Volumer was in the order of 10 ~ 5L / mol. The quenching mechanism of the two was quenching by static quenching, The thermodynamic results show that the quenching process of both is spontaneous.
