生产技术研究所(WBK)研究的成果表明,采用被动减震的刀具铣切加工硬质材料时能够在很大程度上减少切削磨损,并提高刀具的耐用度。通过贴近作用点来改变铣刀入口冲击的减振措施,可以对刀具的使用寿命产生显著的影响。
The results of a study by the Institute of Production Technology (WBK) show that the use of passive shock-absorbing tools for milling hard materials can greatly reduce cutting wear and increase tool life. By changing the effect of damping points closer to the impact point milling cutter entrance can have a significant impact on tool life.
