考察了低温强化处理对中、高熔铸造合金机械性能及硬度的影响。结果表明:1.低温强化处理使中熔铸造合金的屈服强度提高了40.00%(P<0.01),高熔铸造合金的屈服强度提高了25.45%(P<0.01)。2.低温强化处理使高熔铸造合金的屈服模量提高了25.77%(P<0.01)。3.低温强化处理使中熔铸造合金的硬度提高了24.40%(P<0.01),高熔铸造合金的硬度提高了7.77%(P<0.01)。提示:低温强化处理对口腔修复材料中高熔铸造合金均是一种有效的处理手段,可以提高其强度和硬度。
The effects of low temperature strengthening treatment on the mechanical properties and hardness of medium and high fusion cast alloys were investigated. The result shows: 1. The yield strength of the medium melting cast alloy increased by 40.00% (P <0.01) and the yield strength of high melting cast alloy increased by 25.45% (P <0.01). 2. The low temperature strengthening treatment increased the yield modulus of high-melt cast alloy by 25.77% (P <0.01). 3. The hardness of the medium-casting alloy increased by 24.40% (P <0.01) and the hardness of the high-melt alloy increased by 7.77% (P <0.01). Hint: Low-temperature strengthening treatment of high-melting cast alloys in dental restoration materials are an effective means of treatment, can improve its strength and hardness.
