[人物小传]陈志勇,四川预备役高炮师师长。近年来,由他领军研发和参与完成的28项信息化成果,有多项被总部、军区和省军区推广应用,其中2项获得军队科技进步二等奖、2项获得军队科技进步三等奖,多项填补我军装备空白,主研的某型高炮红外热成像火控系统被总装批量生产配发全军高炮部队。他先后荣立二等功1次,三等功6次,被成都军区表彰为“军事训练优指挥员”、“信息化建设先进个人”和“装备管理先进个人”。
