目的探讨治疗肾盏结石的有效微创治疗方法。方法对2004年1月—2009年12月应用B超定位体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗的肾盏结石1362例(肾上盏178例,肾中盏311例,肾下盏873例)进行回顾性分析。结果肾上盏结石排净率87.08%,肾中盏结石86.17%,肾下盏结石85.80%。结论 ESWL仍应作为肾盏结石治疗的首选方法,但如果结石位置靠近肾皮质处应优先选择经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)或软性输尿管肾镜碎石术。
Objective To explore effective minimally invasive treatment of calyceal calculus. Methods A total of 1362 cases of calyceal calculus (178 cases of upper calyx, 311 cases of middle calyx and 873 cases of lower calyx) treated with B-positioned extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) were retrospectively reviewed from January 2004 to December 2009 Sexual analysis. Results The rate of renal calculus stones was 87.08%, 86.17% of middle calyces and 85.80% of lower calyces stones. Conclusion ESWL should still be the preferred method for the treatment of calyceal calculus, but percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) or soft ureteroscopic lithotripsy should be given preference if the stones are located close to the renal cortex.
