为研究饲料中添加黄腐酸对鲫鱼非特异性免疫相关酶的影响,试验选取60尾体质健壮且体质量40 g左右的鲫鱼,随机分为2组,即对照组和试验组,每组设3个重复,每重复10尾鱼。对照组饲喂基础饲料,试验组在基础饲料中添加0.30%的黄腐酸(FA),试验期30 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,鲫鱼基础饲料中添加0.30%FA,试验鱼血清溶菌酶(LSZ)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活力均有显著提高(P<0.05),酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活力也有提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,鲫鱼基础饲料中添加FA可以提高试验鱼血清非特异性免疫相关酶活性。
In order to study the effect of fulvic acid on the non-specific immune-related enzymes in crucian carp, 60 crucian carp with body weight of about 40 g were randomly divided into two groups, ie control group and experimental group, each with 3 Repeat, 10 fish per repeat. The control group was fed with basal diet, and the test group was given 0.30% fulvic acid (FA) in the basal diet for 30 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, 0.30% FA was added to the basal diet, and the activities of LSZ, SOD and AKP were significantly increased (P <0.05), acid phosphatase (ACP) activity also increased, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). Therefore, the addition of FA to the basic diet of crucian carp can improve the serum nonspecific immune-related enzyme activity of test fish.
