目的研究松针对小鼠应激能力及免疫功能的影响,进而探讨松针的抗衰老作用机制。方法取昆明种小鼠随机分为松针大、小剂量组和对照组,然后行小鼠耐寒冷实验、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能实验及对免疫器官重量影响实验。结果松针可以提高小鼠在低温环境下的耐寒冷能力,降低死亡率;增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率,并且使吞噬指数提高;还能促进正常小鼠胸腺和脾脏重量的增加,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论松针可以增强机体的免疫功能,提高机体的耐力,具有延缓衰老的功效。
Objective To study the effects of pine needles on stress and immune function in mice, and then explore the anti-aging mechanism of pine needles. Methods Kunming mice were randomly divided into big and small doses of pine needles and a control group. The mice were then subjected to cold-tolerance experiments, peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis experiments, and effects on immune organ weight. RESULTS: Pine needles could improve the ability of mice to withstand cold at low temperatures and reduce mortality. The percentage of phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages in mice was increased, and the phagocytic index was increased. The weight of thymus and spleen in normal mice was also increased, compared with control. Compared with the group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Pine needles can enhance the body’s immune function, improve the body’s endurance, and have the effect of delaying aging.
