1972年,我站试制海芋(即痕芋头)糖浆防治流感,曾应用于临床,治疗数十例,退热效果满意,但镇咳祛痰力差。后加草药一点红、橙皮等组成复方红芋糖浆,退热止咳疗效均较好。现介绍如下: 一、主治:流感、中暑和实症发热患者。二、处方及制法:梅芋(痕芋头)、羊蹄草(一点红)各8斤,加水过药面煮沸后,继续煮6小时,浓缩成1500ml,过滤后加橙皮糖250ml,姜糖250ml,杏仁水50ml,即成。三、用法:成人:每日量90ml,分三次服;儿童1~5岁每日30ml,分三次服,5~10岁每日45ml,分三次服;10~15岁每日60ml分三次服。
