一氯甲烷(CH3Cl)是中学化学教材中接触到的三种气态烃的衍生物(CH3Cl、CH2O、CH2=CHCl)之一。一氯甲烷的制取方法在一般有机化学实验资料中很难查到,笔者根据甲醇与氯化氢发生取代反应,在用无水ZnCl2作催化剂的情况下,很容易制得中学难以制取的一氯甲烷气体。其反应式为
