波澜壮阔的中国改革事业.发端于农村。30年来,为解放农村生产力、发展农业生产、增加农民收入,党中央在1982年～1986年、2004年～2008年连续制定和颁布了关于农村工作10个“一号文件”。在不同的年代背景下,10个“一号文件”各有侧重,奏响了繁荣农村经济、促进农民增收、推动农村社会发展的气势磅礴的主旋律,涌现了许许多多经济发展、社会和谐、民风纯朴的社会主义文明新村典型。回眸30年的改革开放历程,追寻这些文明新村的发展足迹,事事、时时、处处都闪现着民兵矫健的身影。为纪念改革开放30周年,本刊编辑部约请各地特约记者走进这些全国有名的文明新村.感受农村改革开放的成就.回味基层民兵营连建设在经济发展的同时水涨船高的进步历程。从而激励武装战线的同志高举建设中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜,坚定改革开放的正确道路,在中华民族伟大复兴进程中实现富国与强兵相统一的坚定信心。
The grand reform of China’s economy started in rural areas. In the past 30 years, in order to liberate rural productive forces, develop agricultural production and increase peasants’ incomes, the Central Party Committee successively formulated and promulgated 10 documents on rural work from 1982 to 1986 and from 2004 to 2008. Under different background of the age, the focus of 10 “No.1 Documents” has played a major melody of prospering the rural economy, boosting peasants’ incomes and promoting social development in rural areas. There have been many economic developments, Social harmony, simple style of civilized socialist village typical. Looking back 30 years of reform and opening up the course of pursuit of these civilized village development footprints, all things, from time to time, everywhere flashing militia vigorous figure. In commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the reform and opening up, the editorial department of our magazine invites special correspondents from all over the country to walk into these famous civilized new villages and feel the achievements of rural reform and opening up.
