本文采用插销式焊接裂纹试验方法,观察15MnVN钢的延迟裂纹断口形貌并确定其特征,研究该钢在插销试验时延迟裂纹的开裂与扩展规律,并分析影响焊接延迟裂纹的主要因素——应力水平与氢的浓度和断口形貌的关系。
