硅橡胶具有许多优良性质,是近年来医学上研制人工脏器的一种优良高分子化合物。但是由于其憎水性,及由此所带来的机体不良影响,在应用上始终受到一定的限制。为此,硅橡胶曾是国内外在医用高分子中期望使之成为更适合于机体生理需要的高分子材料而付注了大量的研究工作。我们自1978年4月开始从试制眼科亲水性硅橡角膜触镜的角度考虑,进行了硅橡胶化学改性的研究工作。目的是:既要求保持硅橡胶的优良性质,又要求其具有一定的亲水性,以适应机体复杂的生理需要。
Silicone rubber has many excellent properties, in recent years, medical research on the development of artificial organs of a fine polymer compounds. However, due to its hydrophobicity, and the resulting adverse effects of the body, in the application has always been subject to certain restrictions. To this end, silicone rubber has been the medical macromolecules at home and abroad in the hope to make it more suitable for the body’s physiological needs of polymer materials and pay a lot of research work. We started from April 1978 from the trial of ophthalmic hydrophilic silicone oak contact lens point of view, conducted a study of the chemical modification of silicone rubber. The purpose is to: not only maintain the excellent properties of silicone rubber, but also requires a certain degree of hydrophilicity to meet the complex physiological needs of the body.
