将分离到的短型双歧杆菌 CT5 0 6 6制成菌粉 ,同脱脂奶粉及 L actosucrose混合后即为试验用“双歧奶粉”,其中含短型双歧杆菌 CT5 0 6 6 :10 8CFU / g、L acto- sucrose:6 0 mg/ g。给 8名婴幼儿 (1.0~ 6 .0岁 ,离乳 )每天服用 2 5 .0 g。分别于服用前及服用 1周后、2周后及服用结束 1周后 ,检测服用儿肠内细菌群及腐败产物的变化。双歧杆菌数由服用前的 9.99± 0 .16 (log(CFU ) / g)升高到 2周后的 10 .6 1± 0 .16 ,有十分显著性差异。双歧杆菌数占肠内细菌总数的百分率由服用前的 (2 2 .1± 10 .2 ) %升高到 2周后的 (5 2 .6±12 .2 ) % ,有显著性差异。腐败菌数亦显著下降 ,与服用前相比有显著性差异。粪便中的短链脂肪酸尤其是乙酸及乳酸量显著升高 ,分别由服用前的 (2 35 .5 1± 41.3)μmol/ g、(77.15± 44 .4)μmol/ g升高到服用 2周后的 (311.5 5± 30 .8)μmol/ g、(115 .12± 2 4.2 )μmol/ g,有显著性差异。粪便中的腐败产物显著降低 ,有非常显著性差异。服用 2周后粪便中的吲哚、粪臭素等的含量与服用前相比显著降低 ,有非常显著性差异。服用期间粪便的 p H值显著降 ,有显著性差异。上述结果表明 ,服用“双歧奶粉”后 ,8名服用儿的肠内细菌群及肠道内环境得到改善。
The isolated Bifidobacterium breve CT5 0 6 6 made of bacterial powder, with skim milk powder and L actosucrose after mixing with the experimental “bifidus milk powder”, which contains short Bifidobacterium CT5 0 6 6: 108CFU / g, Lacto- sucrose: 60 mg / g. Eight infants and young children (1.0 to 6.0 years of age, and lactation) were given 25.0 g daily. The percentage of bifidobacteria to the total number of enteric bacteria increased significantly from (2.21 ± 10.2)% before taking to (52.6 ± 12.2)% after 2 weeks, there was a significant difference. The number of spoilage bacteria also decreased significantly, compared with before taking a significant difference. The short-chain fatty acids in feces, especially acetic acid and lactic acid, were significantly increased from (35.31 ± 41.3) μmol / g and (77.15 ± 44.4) μmol / g before administration to (311.5 ± 30.8) μmol / g, (115.12 ± 22.6) μmol / g, there was a significant difference. Stool products in the decay significantly reduced, there is a very significant difference. The content of indole, skatole in the feces after 2 weeks of taking was significantly lower than that before taking, there was a very significant difference. The p H value of feces during the period of use was significantly decreased, with significant differences. The above results show that after taking “bifidus milk powder”, the intestinal flora and the environment inside the gut of 8 children taking the supplement have been improved.
