In 2014, both the “11 · 22” deflagration accident in Qingdao and the “Kaohsiung” “7.31” gas explosion accident in Qingdao were all serious secondary disasters caused by corrosion. It is understood that the total loss caused by corrosion accounts for about 4% of China’s GDP, calculated by 2014 data is 2.5 trillion yuan, of which 30% can be avoided through prevention. Corrosion in the petrochemical industry is particularly harmful, accounting for about 6% of its total output value, significantly higher than other industries. Corrosion occurs silently every day, not easy to be concerned about people, but good anti-corrosion is a prerequisite for safe production can not be avoided. To this end, special planning this issue “anti-corrosion ” plan feature.
