目的探讨使用铂立组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗肾结石的疗效。方法 58例肾结石患者,经术前尿路造影(CTU)定位,采用输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石,术后留置双J管4~12周。结果 52例一期完成手术,平均手术时间38 min左右,6例行二期软镜治疗,术后1周复查有24例结石残留,56例术后发生感染,其中17例脓毒症/脓毒症休克。结论铂立组合式输尿管软镜能较好完成各类肾结石手术,损伤小,但伴发的感染尤其是脓毒症要引起足够重视。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of using platinum combined ureteroscope and holmium laser in the treatment of kidney stones. Methods Fifty-eight patients with nephrolithiasis underwent preoperative urography (CTU) and ureteroscopic combined with holmium laser lithotripsy. Postoperative double J tube was placed for 4 to 12 weeks. Results A total of 52 patients underwent primary surgery with an average operation time of about 38 min. Six patients underwent second-stage soft-lens surgery. Twenty-four residual stones were observed at one week after surgery and 56 were postoperatively infected. Among them, 17 were sepsis / pus Shock-induced shock. Conclusion Platinum combination ureteroscopy can better complete all kinds of nephrolithotomy, less damage, but the associated infections, especially sepsis should pay enough attention.
