因受特定历史、地理和经济的影响,新南非劳动关系的形成大致经历了三个阶段,即殖民统治时期、种族隔离时期及种族隔离以后时期。体现了由实质不平等的劳动关系向真实平等的劳动关系的转型。为了维护新型平等的劳动关系,新南非当局从宪法、其他相关劳动立法和国际劳工标准三方面对劳动关系进行规定,表明南非致力于营造和谐的劳动关系,促进社会稳定和经济发展的意愿和决心。
Due to the specific historical, geographical and economic impact, the formation of the labor relations in New South Africa has gone through roughly three stages: the colonial period, the period of apartheid and the post-apartheid period. It reflects the transition from a real unequal labor relation to a truly equal labor relation. In order to maintain a new and equal labor relation, the new South African authorities stipulated labor relations from three aspects: the constitution, other relevant labor legislation and international labor standards. This shows that South Africa is willing and determined to create harmonious labor relations, promote social stability and economic development .
