在梭子蟹疾病高发季节,从宁波市梅山岛养殖场分别采集了三疣梭子蟹幼蟹得乳化病即将死亡个体10只和健康个体8只,用RAPD技术对此18个个体的进行了检测。从20个随机引物中筛选出6个,对每只梭子蟹的DNA进行扩增。结果表明,每个引物扩增出2~8条清晰可辨且重复性强的条带,并在引物S96对2组蟹的检测结果中,从得病组里得到了1条分子量在847bp左右的特异性条带,进而推测此条带应与抗乳化病能力的强弱有关。
In the season of high incidence of the shuttle crabs, 10 immigrants with immortality of Portunus trituberculatus were collected from Meishan Island farm in Ningbo City, respectively, and 8 healthy individuals were detected. The 18 individuals were detected by RAPD technique. Six of 20 random primers were screened and the DNA of each shuttle was amplified. The results showed that 2 ~ 8 bands were clearly amplified by each primer and strong repeatability was observed. In the detection results of primer S96 and 2 crabs, 1 fragment with a molecular weight of about 847bp was obtained from the diseased group Specific bands, and then speculated that this band should be associated with the strength of anti-emulsification ability.
