目的 探讨脑出血患者凝血、纤溶状态的动态变化。方法 对20例脑出血患者于发病后3d内、第7、14、21天同步测定凝血酶原时间 (PT)、部分凝血活酶时间 (APTT)、凝血酶时间 (TT)、纤维蛋白原 (FIB)及D -二聚体 (DD)水平 ,20名健康人作为对照组。 结果 发病后第7、14、21天的FIB水平明显高于对照组 (均P<0.01) ;第14天、第21天的FIB水平及第21天的APTT水平高于3d内 (P<0.05) ;3d内及第21天的DD水平高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。 结论 脑出血患者存在一定程度的凝血和纤溶功能亢进
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of coagulation and fibrinolysis in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Twenty prothrombin time (PT), partial thromboplastin time (PTT), thrombin time (TT), fibrinogen FIB) and D - dimer (DD), and 20 healthy people served as the control group. Results FIB levels on the 7th, 14th and 21st days after onset were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P <0.01). FIB levels on day 14 and 21 and APTT on day 21 were higher than those on day 3 (P <0.05 ). The levels of DD in 3d and on day 21 were higher than those in control group (P <0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion There is a certain degree of coagulation and fibrinolysis in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage
