本实验采用荧光薄层扫描法对癫痫病人血清、唾液、脑脊液和脑组织中的卡马西平浓度进行了测定和比较研究,结果表明,唾液和血清的卡马西平浓度存在很好的相关性,其浓度比与给药时间和浓度值本身无关,而随着病人年龄增大而增大。脑脊液与血清的卡马西平浓度间也相关良好,其浓度比稳定在0.26左右。脑组织与血清的平均浓度比为0.75,但两浓度间相关不显著,其浓度比在大脑皮质略高,但与小脑皮质的浓度比相比,差异也不显著。另外癫痫与非癫痫病人间各浓度比均没有显著性差异。
In this study, the concentration of carbamazepine in serum, saliva, cerebrospinal fluid and brain tissue of epileptic patients were measured and compared by fluorescence thin-layer scanning. The results showed that the concentration of carbamazepine in saliva and serum had a good correlation, Its concentration ratio has nothing to do with the administration time and concentration value itself, but increases with the patient’s age. Cerebrospinal fluid and serum concentrations of carbamazepine are also well correlated, the concentration ratio stabilized at about 0.26. The average ratio of brain tissue to serum was 0.75, but the correlation between the two concentrations was not significant, the concentration was slightly higher than that in the cerebral cortex, but the difference was not significant compared with the concentration in the cerebellar cortex. In addition, there was no significant difference between the concentration of epilepsy and non-epileptic patients.
