目的了解异丙苯单元存在的职业病危害因素及防治措施,为工作人员的健康和劳动保护提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场检测和职业健康检查结果做综合评价。结果该项目的选址、职业卫生防护设施等均符合相关要求,工作场所中苯、异丙苯、丙烯、噪声等职业病危害因素监测结果均符合职业卫生接触限值要求。结论该异丙苯单元职业卫生综合评价合格。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards and the prevention and cure measures of cumene units, and to provide the basis for the staff’s health and labor protection. Methods The field occupational hygiene survey, field occupational hazards in the workplace and occupational health examination results were used for comprehensive evaluation. Results The site selection and occupational health protection facilities of the project met the relevant requirements. The monitoring results of workplace occupational hazards such as benzene, cumene, propylene and noise in the workplace all met the requirements of occupational hygiene exposure limits. Conclusion The cumene unit occupational health comprehensive evaluation is qualified.
