我国在电炉炼钢的配电操作中,长期以来,只能做到定性控制。本试验从热平衡的概念出发,近似地计算了电炉炼钢的三期耗能比,作为理论依据;并考虑工艺要求及设备特点,通过对具体电炉的合理配电曲线的设计,阐述了设计配电曲线的一般方法,并通过自动记录功率表及相应的配电工艺,使配电操作基本按照所设计的配电曲线进行。初步达到了合理的定量配电控制,从而使每吨钢的耗电量平均降低5%左右。例如该厂中碳钢单耗由655度/吨降到625度/吨。此外,结合试验数据,对配电中的某些问题进行了探讨。
