前言长期以来,我国男子跳远水平与世界先进水平有较大的差距。近两年来虽有一定的进步(陈尊荣1986年曾以8.23米的成绩,刷新亚洲记录,并进入当年世界的第九位),但拔尖人材匮乏,即使是个别尖子运动员的技术也不够稳定,总体技术水平仍较低。要使我国男子跳远水平有较大的提高,早日进入世界先进行列,有必要对该项目的各个方面进行深入的研究。本文对第六届全运会男子跳远决赛中前6名运动员的跳远技术进行分析,并把他们的技术特征与国外优秀运动员的相应指标进行比较,试图进一步认识我国男子跳远的技术特征,针对
Foreword For a long time, there is a big gap between the level of men’s long jumps and the world’s advanced level. Although some progress has been made in the past two years (Chen Jurong recorded a record 8.23 meters in 1986 to refresh Asia and rank ninth in the world in that year), top-notch talent is scarce and even individual top athletes are not sufficiently stable in technology. Overall The technical level is still low. In order to make our country men’s long jump level has greatly improved, as early as possible into the advanced ranks of the world, it is necessary to conduct in-depth study of all aspects of the project. This article analyzes the long jump techniques of the top six athletes in the men’s long jump final of the 6th National Games and compares their technical characteristics with the corresponding indicators of elite foreign athletes in an attempt to further understand the technical characteristics of our countrymen’s long jump.
