目的探讨芪参益气滴丸对冠心病患者血液黏度及血管内皮功能的影响。方法选择2014年6月至2015年6月天门市第一人民医院收治的84例冠心病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组患者给予曲美他嗪口服治疗,每次20 mg,每日3次;观察组在对照组的基础上应用芪参益气滴丸治疗,每次0.5 g,每日3次。两组均以6周为1个疗程。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、血液黏稠度及血管内皮功能的变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组[97.6%(41/42)比78.6%(33/42)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血浆比黏度、全血黏度低切值、全血黏度高切值低于对照组[(1.1±0.28)m Pa·s比(1.52±0.31)m Pa·s,(7.02±1.22)m Pa·s比(7.92±1.15)m Pa·s,(4.02±0.82)m Pa·s比(4.72±0.39)m Pa·s],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组血管性血友病因子、内皮素低于对照组[(78±5)%比(98±5)%,(50±8)ng/L比(67±7)ng/L],一氧化氮高于对照组[(57±4)μmol/L比(44±5)μmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论芪参益气滴丸能有效提高冠心病患者临床治疗效果,改善冠心病患者血液黏稠度及血管内皮功能,有利于患者预后。
Objective To investigate the effects of Qishen Yiqi Drops on blood viscosity and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty-four patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Tianmen First People’s Hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with trimetazidine orally, 20 mg once daily for 3 times. The observation group was treated with Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills on the basis of the control group, 0.5 g once daily for 3 times. Both groups were 6 weeks for a course of treatment. The therapeutic effects, blood viscosity and endothelial function were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [97.6% (41/42) vs 78.6% (33/42)]. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the observed values of plasma specific viscosity, low whole blood viscosity and high whole blood viscosity were lower than those of the control group [(1.1 ± 0.28) mPa · s (1.52 ± 0.31) mPa · s and (7.02 ± 1.22) mPa · s ratio (7.92 ± 1.15) m Pa · s, (4.02 ± 0.82) mPa · s ratio (4.72 ± 0.39) mPa · s], the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). After treatment, the von Willebrand factor and endothelin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group [(78 ± 5)% vs (98 ± 5)%, (50 ± 8) ng / L vs 67 ± 7) ng / L ], Nitric oxide was higher than that of the control group [(57 ± 4) μmol / L vs (44 ± 5) μmol / L], the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Qishenyiqi dripping pill can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect of coronary heart disease patients, improve blood viscosity and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease, which is in favor of prognosis.
