前言目前自然界中发现的矿物已有6000多种。各种矿物化学成分复杂,物理化学性质千差万别。在激光显微光谱分析中,用人工方法很难制备出与天然矿物性质完全相同的标准样品。因此,即使在相同激光能量的作用下,不同性质的岩矿试样的蒸发量与人工标样的蒸发量差异很大,少者差几倍,多者差几十倍、几百倍。这就给分析的再现性和准确度带来了严重的影响。所以建立一个适用于不同矿物类型的通用的激光光谱分析法是十分必要的,由于:
Foreword At present, there are more than 6,000 kinds of minerals found in nature. Various mineral chemical composition is complex, physical and chemical properties vary widely. In laser micro-spectroscopy, it is very difficult to prepare a standard sample with the same properties as natural minerals by manual methods. Therefore, even under the same laser energy, the evaporation of rock samples of different nature differs greatly from the evaporation of artificial standard sample. The difference between them is several times, and the difference between them is several tens times or hundreds times. This has had a serious impact on the reproducibility and accuracy of the analysis.
