机械零件的加工精度,受多方面因素的影响。根据加工的可能性、方便性、经济性和使用诸项条件的限制,而采取近似的类比法设计所引起的误差,另外一些是由于工艺系统不可避免地存在一些物理、力学现象所引起的误差,还有一些则是人为地造成的误差,例如零件夹紧时施力点布置的不恰当等。为了保证加工精度,避免出现废品,本文以万能升降台铣床悬梁导轨加工为例,分析产生误差的原因。
The machining accuracy of mechanical parts is affected by many factors. According to the possibility of processing, convenience, economy and restrictions on the use of various conditions, the approximate error caused by analogy design, and some due to the process system inevitably there are some physical and mechanical errors caused by the phenomenon , While others are artificially caused errors, such as parts of the application of force when the point of inappropriate placement and so on. In order to ensure the machining accuracy and avoid the appearance of scrap, this paper analyzes the reason of error caused by the omnipotent lifting table milling machine.
