本文选15例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级成人患者,在静脉平衡麻醉小号导管高频喷射通气(HFJV)下行声带显微手术。观察HFJV频率(RR)60bpm和110bpm时各通气10min后监测呼气末二氧化碳分压(PETCO2)值的变化。结果显示,两种不同RR通气后PETCO2值有显著差异(P<0.01),RR60bpm时PETCO2值在正常范围内,通气效果满意。
In this study, 15 adult patients with ASA gradeⅠ ~ Ⅱ underwent vocal cord microsurgery under high-frequency jet ventilation (HFJV) with venous balance anesthesia. The change of the end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure (PETCO2) value after monitoring the HFJV frequency (RR) 60bpm and 110bpm for 10min were observed. The results showed that there were significant differences in PETCO2 values between two different RR ventilation groups (P <0.01). PETCO2 values were within the normal range at RR60bpm and ventilation was satisfactory.
