本文介绍了采用M-200摩擦磨损试验机在所给定的各级负荷下,对所合成的用于水基边界润滑系统的边界润滑剂,进行的摩擦特性的试验,结果表明:在以水为溶剂的边界润滑系统中,负荷对摩擦特性的影响有效地反映该系统的润滑性能的优劣,与大挂等人所测定的温度对边界润滑剂的摩擦特性影响具有同样的效果。结果还为我们提供了水系金属加工液选择合适的边界润滑剂的依据。
In this paper, the friction characteristics of the boundary lubricant used in the water-based boundary lubrication system are tested with M-200 friction and wear testing machine under the given loads. The results show that when using water As the solvent boundary lubrication system, the influence of load on the friction characteristics effectively reflects the lubrication performance of the system, which has the same effect with the friction temperature of the boundary lubricant as measured by Dai et al. The results also provide us with a basis for selecting the right boundary lubricant for aqueous metalworking fluids.
