目的 :观察复方中药制剂回生饮注射液 (HSI)抗实验性心律失常的疗效。方法 :74只新西兰种家兔随机分为实验组与对照组 ,前者静注 HSI10 0~ 15 0 m g/ kg,后者静注等容量生理盐水 (NS)。各组再分为 5组 ,于注射 HSI或 NS 5分钟后分别静脉给予 :肾上腺素 5 0μg/ kg,5 0 0 mg/ L的乌头碱 0 .8m l/ m in灌流 ,5 % Ca Cl22 ml/ m in灌流 ,哇巴因 180μg/ kg以及异搏定 1mg/ kg。用上述药物分别诱发严重心律失常 ,观察 HSI对实验组心律失常发生率、发生时间、持续时间及死亡率等指标的影响 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 :回生饮注射液能显著推迟并缩短由肾上腺素诱发的家兔心律失常时间 ;可显著降低由乌头碱、哇巴因所致的心室颤动 (VT)发生率和死亡率 ;可显著降低 Ca Cl2 所致的 VF发生率 ,明显延长动物的存活时间 ;可显著推迟并缩短由异搏定诱发的缓慢型心律失常 ,降低 度房室传导阻滞的发生率。结论 :回生饮注射液可延缓、降低甚至阻止严重心律失常的发生 ,对心律失常具有良好的共轭性屏障治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine Huisheng injection (HSI) on experimental arrhythmia. Methods: 74 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The former was injected intravenously with HSI 100-150 mg/kg, and the latter was intravenously injected with equal volume saline solution (NS). Each group was subdivided into 5 groups and administered intravenously 5 minutes after injection of HSI or NS: adrenaline 50 μg/kg, 500 mg/L aconitine 0.8 g/m perfusion, 5 % CaCl22 Perfusion with ml / m in, ouabain 180 μg / kg and verapamil 1 mg / kg. Severe arrhythmias were induced by the above drugs, and the effects of HSI on the incidence, time, duration and mortality of the arrhythmia in the experimental group were observed and compared with the control group. Results: Huishengyin injection can significantly delay and shorten the arrhythmia time induced by epinephrine; it can significantly reduce the incidence of ventricular fibrillation (VT) and mortality caused by aconitine and ouabain; it can significantly reduce CaCl2-induced VF incidence significantly prolonged the survival time of animals; it can significantly delay and shorten the slow arrhythmia induced by verapamil and reduce the incidence of atrioventricular block. Conclusion: Huishengyin injection can delay, reduce or even prevent the occurrence of severe arrhythmia, and has a good conjugate barrier treatment for arrhythmia.
