1998年广西全区水上交通安全形势基本保持稳定。但在部分地区重大、大事故仍时有发生,沉船死亡事故率较高,乡镇船舶特别是一些乡镇客圩渡船、农用船、“三无”船的安全问题突出,发生了横县“6.6”和天峨“7.18”等一些群死群伤重大恶性事故,成为影响全区水上安全形势的重要因素。本文对广西1998年船舶交通事故作一些简要分析,指出有关因素对事故发生的综合影响。
In 1998, Guangxi’s maritime traffic safety situation remained basically stable. However, major and major accidents still occurred in some areas and the death accident rate was relatively high.
