采用紫外分光光度法在２７４ｎｍ波长处，以２％氯化钠溶液为溶媒测定酒石酸美托洛尔含量，操作简单省时，结果准确，回收率为１００．１％，变异系数１．０８％（ｎ＝１０）．
Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of metoprolol tartrate in 274nm wavelength with 2% sodium chloride solution as the vehicle. The results showed that the method was simple, the recovery was 100.1% and the coefficient of variation was 1.08% n = 10).
